The room's mini bar was completely complimentary. A detail I certainly appreciated. The integrated Apple TV within the room's television added to the room's modern feel. Breakfast offered a good start to the day with its variety. The staff was polite and professional during the entirety of my stay.

the rooftop bar access policy created an unpleasant situation. i was told to return in the evening, but then i was denied entry. the lobby bar could not make the cocktails i requested because the bartender was a substitute and lacked the skills.

The coffee machine in the room did not work. the fridge also wasn't very cold, a definite letdown. the sliding doors to the bathroom offered little privacy. I found this bizarre.
